Enhancing the quality of
life for older people

How to apply

How to ApplyPlease contact the office at Alma Vale Road. We will send you an information pack and talk you through the options at each house in which you’re interested. Your pack of information will include an Application Form which you can complete, without obligation, and give us a little more detail about yourself and your needs.

We are always happy to meet with potential residents and their families to explain what we can offer.

If you would like to visit any of the houses we will give you the contact number for the Housekeeper or General Manager, who will be happy to show you round and view any vacancies that might be appropriate for you. If you are viewing on behalf of a family member or friend we are happy to arrange visits accordingly.

When I open the front door I have it all. Good friends to share a meal with, a room to call my own and the wonderful feeling that
this is home.

It is often helpful to visit a House for a coffee morning or for lunch to meet with other residents. We do ask that, for security reasons, unknown visitors do not turn up unannounced at any of our houses.

If you would like to proceed, we will arrange for you to meet again with a member of the House Committee and our Housekeeper, who will gladly answer your questions and explain exactly how our services would benefit you. We will take this opportunity to assure ourselves that we are able to meet your requirements in a Supported Sheltered Housing environment. Following a brief medical appraisal by your own GP, again to be sure that we can meet your needs, you will be offered a place if you wish to continue.
